I have yamaha portable grand dgx-620. Is that possible to connect to a computer and use with for instance with FL studios, Sonar 4, or any other music program?
According to the info below, there is a headphone output that you could connect into your PC.
There is also a “USB to Host” connector, which, I infer, is an output that you can connect to a PC USB port. (It probably looks like a little hole about 1/4″ on a side. You plug a USB adapter cable into it and into the PC.)
It comes with a CD, so, if the piano does not have a cd player on it, it probably expects you to run the cd on your computer, but that is not clear.
Whether or not it is compatible with any of the software you mention, I can’t say. You’ll be lucky to find that info here. You should email the Yamaha Piano support site and, maybe, they can help you better.
If you don’t have the manual, you can download one from the site below.

I have Yamaha Clavinova Dig Piano.
Yes you can connect it through USB to HOST connection.
You probably get a driver CD. You need to install that on your computer before plugging in.
So the steps are :
1. Install Driver on PC
2. Turn off Piano
3. Plug in the cable Piano ->PC
4. Turn on Piano
Make sure Piano is always off when pluggin in/out of PC.
